Our theaters are designed to be built within concrete envelopes, either as standalone structures or beneath multi-car garages. These environments give us the control needed to accurately software model room modes, reverberation time, sound dispersion, and dozens of other critical performance metrics. Just as importantly, they isolate the theater from the rest of the home, allowing it to be used comfortably at any hour.
We work directly with architects, builders, and engineers to support every stage of the process. From coordinated planning and bill-of-materials to construction-ready drawings for framing, electrical, HVAC, and more, our documentation keeps the build smooth and efficient. We’ve distilled hundreds of acoustic and structural variables into our three engineered profiles.
Each profile integrates live-room RT decay for sound dispersion, absorption, and reflection for auditorium sound that is matched to equipment selection for proper sound imaging. We address wiring paths and electrical isolation, design false walls and quiet ventilation systems, engineer projection hush boxes, and account for over 50 additional parameters, most of which must be locked in before the structure is built.
